This entry will be about a topic I have wanted to write about for ages. It kind of has been bugging me for a while. Ok not quite bugging, but it just has been a topic and everybody seemed to be talking about it. Some of them thinking it is beautiful and some thinking just the opposite. I’m not writing this entry to tell you what is right in my opinion and what’s not. I’m writing it to discuss. I want to know more opinions. Understand what other people think. That’s it! Besides that the topic is really precarious. I just want to tell, that I don’t want to offend anyone. It’s everyone’s right to tell if one likes it or not.
So as it is known to nearly all of you, Japan is one of the countries obsessed most with diets. In my opinion I’m not somebody ultrathin nor am I chubby in my country. My friends tend to get angry when I say that I want to lose some fat on certain parts of my body (hips, booty and so on) and then they start saying that I’d say that I’m fat and stuff. But I’m not saying that. However I can’t inform you about any certain diets since I have never gone through a diet. I have been tempted to do so while being in Japan. Often I feel kinda chubby when being there. But honestly speaking, how is it possible that European / Western people compare themselves to Asian ones? It’s a fact that Asian people usually tend to have a more slender “constitution type” than Westerns / Europeans do. So why compare ourselves to them? Really, it doesn’t make sense to me!
Dieting in Japan is a serious matter since it is seen as beautiful if a woman is really petite. Petite, pure skin, polite. Advertisement just everywhere. You can find fat burning underwear, diet pills, diet milkshakes, possibilities for aesthetic surgery and so on. 2 of my friends even tried out those diet pills which you can easily get in every kusuriya in Japan. There was a list of things when you SHOULDN’T take those thingies. That did really creep me out! However they tried them. I talked several times with them about it. One nearly couldn’t even swallow them because she somewhat had to chew them and they tasted so god damn awful! In the end did it work? It didn’t. Maybe because they stopped after a few weeks or it just doesn’t work, whatever the reason was. Maybe they work the way that they make you lose your appetite, haha :D I really can’t tell you. Besides that those pills are REALLY expensive! Certain kinds of them are even prohibited in Europe because they are too dangerous and there have been people dying in conclusion of swallowing those thingies. So they might be REALLY dangerous!
(yes I'm aware of her being chinese!) Left Geisha, right diet pills
Well, how about the models in the magazines? Do you think they’re beautiful? When I first took a look at a magazine back in 2006 I was shocked! REALLY shocked! I thought that at least 70% of the models have to be anorexic. So thin, that you can even see the bones. Over the years I got used to seeing them that way and there was some point when I thought that I just want to look the same. Thank god I’m just too food-loving and didn’t try to get so thin. I think it wouldn’t even be physically possible. There is just that certain difference in our constitution type that I will never even have the possibility to weight around 45kg. I would be near death if I was to weigh only that much. I’m also too tall for that, haha :D
So let’s take now a look at the magazines. Here some examples of the advertisements in the magazines:
For the pictures on the right, I think the middle one looks the best. But I'm just speaking for me.
There are models which I think are nice and that I like their appearance. I also was really delighted when I saw pictures of some models in bikinis which actually consisted of more than just skin and bones. So I now scanned those pictures and here they are:
Especially on the bottom picture the one on the left side. She looks so normal sized! Love it♥
For the opposite there are models of which I think are tooooo thin! One of them I have seen in person already 2 times. Do you already know whom I am talking about? Yes Yumachi! First time I saw her in atom when they had an event there for their single back in summer 2010. She stood in front of me on the stage and I was a little shocked how thin her legs were. There was nearly nothing you could have even touched. Then the d.i.a shorts which were actually LOOSE on her! The second time I saw her at Tsukicon in Helsinki in November 2010. I even got the chance to greet them directly. Some even got to hug them. I had the chance to get a picture taken where I hugged Aina. Lovely♥ But honestly, I was scared of breaking them! O_O;
Here now some pictures of her where I think she looks too thin:
The second model of which I think in the way of being too skinny is radiants Rikachu. I have ended up on her blog already several times. I have to admit, I’m not really a big fan of hers, but I think her way of being skinny isn’t beautiful anymore. It’s maybe just my opinion but that’s what I think. So here now some pictures of her taken from her blog:
In the end it’s one owns decision if one wants to think it is beautiful or not. I for my part think it’s too much. Everything led by the media.
What do you think? Is it right that we’re trying to be just as thin? Is there a point where it has to stop?
By the way, in earlier ages it was beautiful to be really chubby, since that meant that your husband had enough money to support you well, that one doesn’t have to starve! It’s really a difference compared to now days.
So what's your opinion when it comes to this topic? I'm really curious about it!♪
(Sorry that the pictures in here are so strange.. it somehow sucks at work when I try to put them in right D: I'll correct it as soon as I'm home today!)

I'm personally a little unhappy with my weight at the moment.. or maybe 'weight' isn't the right term to use. I'm not very happy with my physique lol. I'm 150cm tall and weighing 47kg. I guess when I was younger, I was a lot more active so I was skinny and toned.. but since high school I've put on about 5kg. I completely agree with you about the extremes and apparent obsession with skinniness in Japan. When I see some of those photos in the magazines, it really irks me. Just like you though, I think the middle pictures in the mag photos you showed are the best looking. They're skinny and toned, but they don't look malnourished or easily breakable >.<
ReplyDeletethank you for talking about this! i thought i was the only one who felt appalled when i saw those weight loss advertisements in the back of the magazines. i used to read scawaii religiously, and i was shocked at the methods that the magazines introduced to lose weight. some seemed downright unhealthy, and were borderline disorder-like. also, i remember looking at the before and afters, and thinking to myself that the "before" actually looked better. it's scary to think that this is the type of image that young japanese girls strive to be. :(
ReplyDeletewhen I see Rikachu's pics now,it makes me scared. she looks really bad, only bones left. it's not cute neither sexy. just damn scary
ReplyDeleteI don't really have the feeling so much that the pressure to diet is bigger than it is in western countries.
ReplyDeleteYou can get diet pills and advertisements for dieting everywhere here too and when you look at western fashion magazines and the models there, a lot of them look rather unhealthy too.
I think the difference - from the eye of western people - is that Japanese people overall really look much thinner. When you take a closer look it is really just how you described - they have a different body type. You will rarely see one of these hourglass-small waist-big hips-girls in Asia. Actually I cannot recall ever seeing one once. Their whole body figure is just so different. And I think, even though I would prefer to have a figure like this, with no hips, no butt, no matter how much weight I'd loose - I would never achieve this.
But I think the pressure to look thin for western models is just the same as in Japan. Just look at some western models: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/114/251752730_379667f275.jpg
That hardly looks any healthier (or better) than Rikachu.
The only thing that really disturbs me (and of which I cannot really find western examples) are the diet ads you find at the end of most fashion magazines, like the third image you posted. These are always girls that look fine before and horribly anorexic after, but I was always under the impression, that these photos are heavily photoshopped. (Just like western diet before-after pictures are often photoshopped too, they just don't take it to such an extreme level).
I really do agree with your statements. They are way too thin. And I feel fat by myself If I see the weight, but thats just stupid, I think. This whole dieting thing is...not good at all.
ReplyDeletethis was a great entry, thanks - in my opinion weightloss nowadays has gone way too far. and media gives us the idea that anorexic is beautifull, wich i think is horrible. my little sister that's only 12 years old is already worried about her weight even thought she is thin, and she shouldn't be worried about her weight when she's still growing! being healthy and good looking should not mean the same as being skinny. sorry for bad english, but i hope you got the point what i was trying to tell
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU for bringing this subject up ! I almost feel bad for some of those girls starving themselves to death because they think that's what people want them to do in order for them to look pretty T^T
ReplyDeleteJapan is really just so obsessed with looks and because they care SO much about what they look like and how other people view them, they are to the point of being too thin and just being SO OCD about it. I def felt super big when I was living in Japan (I'm 5'8 and not the skinniest girl) but I really didn't care (but that's my mindset!), but just seeing my really good friend in Japan worrying about her weight (she is on the UNHEALTHY side, I'm telling you) really scared me. I always told her not to worry and she is way too thin and needs to gain weight, but Japan is just so obsessed with it and this constant 'you're never good enough' attitude really eats at them. This one of the major issues I have with Japan and everywhere I went people talked about me in FRONT of me, thinking I didn't know Japanese, and even sometimes people I knew would comment on how I looked like (weight wise, not always about my blonde gaijin hair blah blah). In a material world, you can't really do anything to change this mindset. I live in Southern California, the LAND of materialism, so believe me, I know. But I think here in America, if they saw these models, the American media would go crazy and just say how anorexic they are. Keep in mind that Japanese body types are a lot more smaller and their metabolism is very different than other countries because of the foods they eat. A lot of "real" Japanese food is very low in carbs/sugar/etc so I can see them not getting meat on their bones with eating that. But everybody is different some people's fast metabolism makes it so they can't gain weight, but instead keep losing, which is very dangerous. So I guess we just have to keep this in mind.
ReplyDeleteThank you for posting! I personally think that it's OK to want to lose weight in some areas (like you said) but I also believe anybody can rock fashion of any size! I think that if more people did this then it wouldn't be so much of an issue (show more big girls in gal, ect). My biggest problem is how many Western Gyaru expect you to be just as skinny as them ;-; Some are so quick to call others fat when they aren't!
ReplyDeleteI might be the only one who thinks I need to actually GAIN some weight because seriously I admit I weight less than 45kg at the moment................ but also I'm only 162cm tall... but still!!!!! AND I've NEVER had any eating disorders: NEVER. I'm just very tiny type of person and I bet some of those models would kill to have what I have but oh no I would be glad to change it a bit... I also eat some hormone pills for my pms *sharing this is caring :D* and instead as earlier making me gain weight these ones made me LOSE it!!!! So I'm a bit in a battle of myself with those ones but also I eat normally as possible, as a student that is a tricky job living all by myself.... So anyone who is willing to share some weight gaining stuff PLEASE DO SO! :3 NYA! Anyway about some food stuff... it's not a diet rather a different way of eating, has anyone of you heard about montiqnac method???? If you haven't and you wanna lose weight HEALTHYLY BY EATING and keeping your weight where it is I would suggest you take a peek in google about it. And I say if more people would know about this method: we wouldn't have so many eating disorder people in the world! and how do I know it works? Well a gothic princess Adora Batbrat, mother of 3 kids age of about 40 still looking like in her 20s has been eating with this past 10 years looking AMAZING! I myself am using this method other way around to gain some weight in fact :D it works that way too :DD
ReplyDeleteI'm just wondering because i know this since I' myself is so tiny: how can a 40-45kg girl have BOOBS like that??? they can't!!! They don't have enough fat in their bodies to have a bra size of C or D xDDDD photoshop????
Oh my, The last picture makes me want to trow up, because it looks so unhealthy... :x
ReplyDeleteAhh, this adds, I don´t like them too. >< The girls are ugly, I think. It´s not sexy and I think like you, the middle picture on the diet add looks the best. I heard that japanese girls want so much to weight only 38, 39 or 40 kilos. >< Okay, mostly they are small and a girl of 1,49 m is maybe okay with 40-45 kilos, but if I would weight 40 kilos (I´m 1,65 m), I would be looking like that skeleton add models too and I definitly don´t want too. >< At the moment I´m chubby too and wanna loose weight, but with sports and healthy food and I wanna look healthy and sexy. ^^ Sports are the best way for that, I think. And I can eat my beloved chocolate. ^^ I see this the same way as you. What you write is so true, I think. ^^b
ReplyDeleteI think you are very brave to write on this topic because people are so sensitive and opinionated on it. Honestly there are SO many women who are obsessed with becoming thinner and they have no better reason other than media and society has socialized them so thoroughly as to believe being a walk clothing rack is the ideal woman.
ReplyDeleteIt's really hard, but I think each woman has to decide for herself what her ideal body shape is regardless of media, society or others.
I agree Japan is a country obsessed with dieting (like America) unfortunately they generally have no idea about proper nutrition or dieting so they have dangerous products like those diet pills or drinks, but most girls just starve themselves or eat one big terrible meal over there.
Oh I want to say its a problem in the west too. This is what we consider plus sized http://us.asos.com/Women-Curve/wc02s/?cid=9577
ReplyDeleteBut they are not really plus sized!
yeah.... those ads in the magazines always make me sad... cuz even the "fat" picture isn't really fat, you know? but actually i want to be like them, hahah.... oh and i tried those pills before too and they didn't work for me... well, maybe it worked at cutting my appetite for about a week. also it was like drinking 30 coffees or something. it made me super awake and made my heart beat really fast! then i would crash and have no energy about 4-5 hours later... i stopped taking them...
ReplyDeletealso, Yumachi is TINY!! although to be fair, i really think that's just her normal shape... the second model you posted about looks annorexic, and kinda disgusting to me.... i don't know how anyone could find that attractive...
There were some diet pill advertisements at the back of last month's ViVi magazine that were so creepily and obviously photoshopped to the point of distortion - I kind of want to scan them just to show people lol. And it is worrying that you can just buy diet pills in any pharmacy.
ReplyDeleteIt is weird though, like people seem obsessed with weight, but generally I find Japanese restaurant portions to be huge? And my Japanese teacher is tiny, but seems to polish all her food during the massive school lunch so easily compared to me!
-That's crazy, how can Rikachu even walk with those legs ! About these diet advertisement, I saw them in japanese magazines too, I was really chocked to see how skinny/anorexic they were. How dangerous pictures like that are for young japanese girls who wants to look like Gals !!! It's not even funny, they maybe retouched the pictures so they look like skinnier, because I don't think it is possible to be alive with that amount of fat...
ReplyDeleteI wanted to try the pills but I think I won't now you told me your friends failed... >o<
Rikachu is really ill ... that is not normal anymore ... that is really anorexic. People who have this illness donnot notice what they do to their body ... they think that is is normal and lose more and more weight >.< So dangerous ...
ReplyDeleteRikachu´s body doesn´t look normal anymore. That is a real anorexia and anorexia is a very dangerous illness. People like her donnot notice what they do with their bodies, they think that it is normal and they see themselves still fat ... and lose more and more weight ... so dangerous >.<
ReplyDeleteThis is a very important issue, and has been bugging me for a long time, too. I've been following East Asian (mostly Japanese and Korean) music scene for a while now and I find it really disgusting how the artists are constantly talking about dieting, even though overweight (or even normal) people are a real rarity among young Japanese and Korean musicians. Personally, I consider those idols to be a really bad influence to their teenage fans, because the music scene seems to carry the message: "You can't be appreciated and loved if you are not skinny".
ReplyDeleteI have noticed the same problem you referred in the beginning: Western girls who are interested in Japanese pop culture start easily compare themselves with Japanese idols. I have seen many slim gyaru girls complaining how they're big anf fat the are and how they should lose weight. I believe that it is partially because they want to look like those gyaru models and do not understand that those models are usually underweight and Japanese have anyway naturally lighter body-build than us westeners.
I am not saying that there are no underweight idols in western countries, but media has started to pay attention on those models etc. who are too thin, and overall tolerance towards overweight people has been increasing. One can't really say the same about Japanese or Korean idols.
i'm not very keen of my body & weight as i am a bit chubbier than my mates. but maybe it's because most of my friends, who are white have small bones & shoulders & small built in whereas for me, i've got big bones & broad shoulders. But i wouldn't get as skinny as the ones in those magazines. I admit that everyone should love their body but with the thoughts of society & media, people are forced to believe into the fake beauty of the society.
ReplyDeleteI think it's best to be toned rather than being skinny! :) x
yes it's true. But to me it seems even more in Japan than it does here. Of course it is a fact that we have many underweigh models here too. Enough of them. It's horrible to see them. That's what I think.
ReplyDeleteI've seen some recent ads which were obviously photoshopped because their bodies were so unnaturally streched. Just ugh! D: It's hard to say in the end if they're really that thin or if it has been photoshopped to that unnormal state :/
thanks for your great comment! ♥
It's just the same for me. That's why I felt like writing about it :/
ReplyDeleteyou're so right. It's no good at all D:
wow! Ok that's crazy if even a 12 year old is already worrying about her weigt! No good at all! Media is just overdoing it, in a hard way!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you! You don't have to be skinny to be good looking! That's so damn right!
I just feel the same way! I hope that for example Rikachu gets a hold of herself soon D:
ReplyDeleteAh! I follow your blog! I think you're beautiful the way you are! I'm happy to hear that you didn't care about others opinion in Japan! I will try to just do the same!
ReplyDeleteOh oh, that's really not nice that they even talked in front of you about you. I think that's really rude. At least it shouldn't be their problem. As long as you feel good about the way you are it doesn't have to care anybody else :/
mhmmm, Luckily it's not that bad yet here where I live. But still you can see all those photoshoped media-girls, so yeah D:
Thank you for your great comment! I'm really happy you took your time to write it! Really, thanks♥
It's just like you say, they often expect you to. But it just isn't possible for a normal western to look that way. No chance D:
ReplyDeleteI think people should first think before they something like "she's fat" or stuff :/
wow! The diffrent way round! Well I don't think it is a problem being skinny if you're healthy. I've met some people who are just like you. Sadly I don't know any weight gaining tips than just like "eating a lot of chocolate" and stuff, but since that doesn't work for you. I don't know I'm sorry D:
ReplyDeleteI even ahven't heard of that montiqnac method. Sounds good since it seems to be healthy?
Haha yeah, photoshop, or just a lot uf pushupstuff :D Have you ever tried a japanese Bra? They're stuffed 'til the end. Like 2cm?!
Yeah. Got really scared when I saw them on her blog! Just so freaking scary those pictures D:
ReplyDeleteToo thin in my opinion too! And just really dangerous!
ReplyDeleteOh ok, Good luck! I'm sure you're gonna achieve your goal! Sports are really great! They make your body look so sexy! Sadly I'm the lazy kind of person. So I prefer eating and sitting in front of TV than doing sports haha :D
Still, Good Luck! I believe in you♥
Thank you for your comment! ♥
ReplyDeleteYes, everybody should really decide for oneself. Sadly they often don't do, because there's too big influence (media, society, friends and stuff). It's so sad! And then the fact that a normal looking person without photoshop isn't seen as beautiful like the computer produced monster! That's just sad!
Ah yes! I know Asos! I've been wondering about that too! It's just crazy, that they're like "fat"! I just can't understand that! D:
you tried the pills too? crazy! I think that really shows that they're unhealthy! D: Makes me kinda scared to hear how they affected you! >_<
ReplyDeleteYeah, she is tiny, but in some pictures it just looks cruel D: Besides that I've seen her in person I still think she's too skinny D:
Rikachu definitley is annorexic! I totally agree with you! It's just.. eww! D:
I've seen such pictures in a Jelly issue! Horrible! D:
ReplyDeleteIn the end I decided to not scan them and put other pictures on my blog.
Yeah! I was a little shocked at that point! NEVER expected them to hand the pills over that easily! They didn't even really ask any questions! D:
Haha! It's just the same with me! I have never been able to eat the whole meals you get in japanese restaurants haha. Toooooo huge! My friend used to not order anything because he just ate the rest of my and my friends meals :D
Yeah.. the adds make you chase after something that's not even possible. It really is horrible. I once showed the pictures at my last school. All were so god damn shocked about those pics!
ReplyDeleteYou better don't try them, yeah. Guess you'll be easier going if you just eat healthy japanese food : ) So don't go to McDonalds with me hahaha :D I often tend to go there in Japan ;P
True words! In the end they lose more and more fat until they die! Sad! I think such people need professional help! I hope Rikachu will get some.. :(
ReplyDeleteI don't really know about the music scene. Seems to be the same as you are saying. That's just so sad! The whole world should wake up and stop that craziness! D:
ReplyDeleteyes! I've talked with many girls from the gyaru-scene and really like 70-80% of them want to lose weight without even being fat! It's just so unreasonable and impossible to look the same way. Of course there are some exceptions who manage to be just as skinny, but they really are exceptions! :/
Yes, that's really true! I'm happy that they have started to pay more attention to these topics here.
It's so true what you're saying! We are somewhat forced to believe so. Sadly. You should be keen on the way you look! Everybody should be happy with themselves!
ReplyDeleteBut I know what you mean, when everybody around you is just diffrent. It's the same for me with my height, since I'm pretty tall and all my friends are smaller, I wish more than anything in the world to be smaller too D:
you shouldn't be unhappy! I think 150cm - 47kg is totally fine. But in the end it is your decision to decide whether it is fine or not. I'm not happy with myself either so I'm maybe not the right person to say that, haha :D
ReplyDeleteWe should both start to be more active ;) I'm such a lazy person, it's horrible haha
it's scary that asian people think of the skinniest girls in the ads as beautiful! I hope that not all of the young japanese try to look like that. The horrible thing is that many models even write about their diets on their blogs, about the pills and stuff. D: No nice¨D:
ReplyDeleteSo true! Hope she gets a hold of herself D:
ReplyDeleteHaha yeah totally agree ! It would be great if I could completely change my attitude towards my weight. It's not that I think I'm fat necessarily but it's that thought.. when you know you could be healthier and your body could look fitter. It's just a bit upsetting I guess because being less and less active since high school has slowly brought me to this point. We gotta motivate ourselves! Live a healthier active lifestyle ;) Good luck to both of us~
ReplyDeleteinteressanter beitrag!
ReplyDeletehmm.. this topic is so interesting that I had to read all the comments! It's true what Sara Mari says! America has a problem too! I don't get the thing about being really really skinny.. I just don't get it! A woman with GOOD proportions is just the best! But if your head ends up looking giant on a tiny body you know that soemthing is wrong... this is just so sad!! It makes me angry that so many women suffer because they think they have to get skinnier... sick, sad world =(
ReplyDeleteHi. This is nice.
ReplyDeleteFeel free to visit my blog http://yourdeliciousrecipe.blogspot.com/
wow you even read all the comments! Thank you♥
ReplyDeleteyes I think so too, but I think in Japan/Asia it's even worse :/
I totaly agree, good proportions are sexy hihi
Well your just not satisfied how it is "spread" in your body? That's the case for me! I have non on my rips and stuff, but my butt lol haha diffent league :D
ReplyDeleteMotivating is soooooo difficult (;D; )
yah, good luck haha that's what we'll need, ne? :D
das selbe ist mir in japan auch aufgefallen D8
ReplyDeletedas schlimme ist dann wirklich dass alle dem ideal nacheifern und besonders bei westlichen leuten sieht das dann schrecklich aus wegen der statur x
Yes! You explained that really well! If only all the fats went to my bust and not my thighs/arms/belly LOL It's so annoying because I've such a small frame so it's more noticeable. Def need to motivate myself somehow. Ganbatte ne!
ReplyDeleteJa! Mir sind eben in Europa/Amerika welche aufgefallen die das tun und das ist echt übel :/
ReplyDeleteHaha yeah! That's just what I'm thinking : D Huh? Such a small frame? Ok, well I'm pretty tall, but if I was now to be chubby, I'd look HUGE! O_O; thank god I'm not but yah, sports sports!
ReplyDeleteLove your post about this! I am so glad that I am food obsessed and would never go this far to loose weight. From the image in the advertisement, (for the girl on the right in pink bikini) I also think the middle girl was at her best size. Sometimes I even think with a little bit of meat is actually beautiful! You get a nice curve and actually have boobs and butt. Rather than just skin and bones. Seriously, I get scared of breaking really skinny people as well when I hug them. They just feel so fragile. I think when your idol encourages being this skinny, you will want to be just like her. Good thing for me I'm a fan of food >< Or I might go to far like them because everyone in Asia is so skinny.
ReplyDeletehaha yeah! I'm just the same like you! I loooooove food! Even now while writing this reply I'm eating chips ;P
ReplyDeleteRight! They look really fragile! That's exactly what I thought when I saw yumachi D:
I only really have two things to say. First of all, people can not look anorexic because it's a disease. There's a lot of skinny people without eating disorders and people need to get this. There are also a lot of bigger people with eating disorders. Second of all, who are you to decide what is beautiful and not? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Also, is beauty really only the outside? When saying she is too thin and not beautiful you're being as destructive as the media.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, thanks for your comment :)
ReplyDeleteOf course there are many naturaly skinny people. I didn't say there weren't. One of my friends is even reaaally skinny, naturaly. Besides that there is still a diffrence between anorexic and really skinny. By the way I didn't say the models I took as examples were anorexic. I just said they are too skinny in my opinion. If somebody else thinks it's beautiful then it's fine. I didn't write that entry to offend anyone nor to tell what's right or wrong.
Like I just wrote here and also at the very beginning of my entry, it is MY OPINION and I'm not telling anybody that my way of thinking is the right one. That's also why I said that I'm writing the entry to get a discussion and hear more opinions since I'm really interested in reading what other people think about that topic.
Of course you are right, beauty is not only the outside. For example Rikachu might be a really great person, who knows. But when it comes to fasion it's the outside you comment on. Or do you want to tell me that when you're going to a fasion show you're commenting on how beautiful the girls characters are whitout even knowing them? It's a diffrence if you're telling that you think it's not beautiful then telling others that you can't be that way just like the media does. So please don't put me on the same level as the media. Else thanks for your opinion. Worth sharing! :)
Plus size doesn't only come in obese.
ReplyDeleteThere are more plus size models in the world than those few.
Just like homosexuality debates, Weight lose is a touchy problem world wide but how bad it is in what area differs.
