Picspam & Blog Awards

Hello dear Readers! ♥

Finally all my exams are over and I have my results and diplomas! So now I'm officially a Banker! So happy I made it with good marks. Now I have the basics to go on. So what's up next? I will work in my Bank until the end of this year and then move on to my long bewaited plans! Yes! Finally, I will go to Japan for longer! I have started to contact some schools already, so we'll see which I'll choose. I have to translate all my documents (the Diplomas I just got) and everything. After that I will check what possibilities I have with apartments. I really want to have my own apartment there, for that I will have my private space with kitchen and toilet. Nothing to share with others. Besides, it will be easier for friends to visit me.
Now I'm thinking of applying for a 1 year visa but for school 1/2 year. Don't know yet if I'm going to stay in Japan for 1/2 or 1 year. I'll see about that when I'm already in Japan. And well I don't even know if there are apartments for only 1/2 year agreements. Have to get informed about that. What's an other point I (especially my parents) have been worrying about is radiation. I have been told that there is none, but how sure can one be? I honestly don't know..

But to talk about something else in this entry, I was studying for the exams with a friend from school. A really smart girl, whose's grown to be a really important person to me. About studying, well, that was one thing. I think I should have, in first place, learnt studying haha
Anyway, here are the pictures of us "STUDYING"!

Yes, we were studying very intensively! :D

Of course I wanted to reward myself after getting through all the exams. In the beginning of my studies in the bank I promised myself to buy a Louis Vuitton bag, if I were to come through. Especially because I didn't like the studies that much back then. Honestly, I still don't like economics (and so on) that much, but it's not as worse as it used to be when I started. I've gotten pretty much used to it.
Because I was in Rome last weekend (I'll post some pictures later), I bought the bigger bag there and the smaller here in Switzerland when I got my diplomas on tuesday. Usually I don't spent that much money, because I'm really saving up money a lot for my time in Japan, but I wanted to keep the promised I made myself back then.

Besides that I bought a few other things in Rome. I haven't tried them out yet. Powder from Dior (Can't find the one from Chanel I use here in Europe, which makes me REALLY sad!), Rouge frome Chanel and Lipstick from Yves Saint Laurent.

My mother, who travelled with, told my, that I could choose anything I wanted as a present for my passed exams in a certain price range. I tried not to choose anything in gold, because Tiffany's Goldsection is really expensive, so I chose only that one little charm and a silver necklace. Back in New York I fell in love with Tiffany's & Co. The jewelery is just toooo lovely that I could have resisted buying something from there. Besides my mum wanted me to buy jewelery because it's something lasting! That's true. I will always remember what reason for I recieved them♥

Besides those things, in May I had the honour to meet some Swiss Gyaru from the French speaking part of Switzerland! I was so happy to meet them because I have been wanting to meet them already for a loooong time. These girls are so nice and I hope I'll get the chance soon again to meet them. Hopefully still in summer.

There is a blog award circle again. Because I wasn't active here a few days (Rome, Diploma etc) I didn't have the time to blog here about it. I don't know why I got the honour, but I got nominated by 3 lovely bloggers! Rii, Conny and Charlotte! I really don't know what to say! I'm just so happy that my blog is being liked! Thank you very very very much!! ♥

So here are the rules:

Streetsnaps egg

Hello dear readers!♥

What do you think about streetsnaps? There are 3-4 pages in every magazine, not only egg, but other magazines as well. Honestly, I for my part think that the streetsnaps are the most interesting part in a magazine. Just for the reason, that it's what the girls out on the streets really wear. Surely, there are always some model pictures in that section too, but still I really love it. It's not some coordinates that some people from the magazines have chosen the models to take pictures with. That's why I have always used to choose my favorite streetsnap in every issue I get in my hands. So for that reason I'm posting now my favorite streetsnaps from egg 11 / 05, egg 11 / 06 and egg 11 /06.

Here's the first one from egg 11 / 05:
I just really love sexy styling. A ripped jeansskirt combined with overkneeboots and a golds-infinity like top. Really hot!

This coordinate gets from me:
5 stars out of 8!

Next one is my favorite streetsnap from egg 11 / 06.
It's more of a légère type of coordinate, like we would call it here. It somehow remembers me of a country/cowboy style, although it's not quite it. The poncho is a really fashionable item at the moment. I have been thinking of buying one myself. You can find a similar one on yumetenbou, as well as a similar top from nafnaf. I ought to buy both myself in the next days. If you want to have the links to the "similar" items, just leave me a comment.

So this coordinate gets from me:
7 stars out of 8!

Well then let's come to my favorite streetsnap from egg 11 / 07.
It's a little bit similar to the one from june issue above. The top seems partly alike, but it's more "knit-like". It's a top I have been carving for to get for already a few months. But still haven't bought one yet. I guess I should. Further on I'm a total fan of d.i.a belts and she's wearing one I could die for. Ripped jeans seem to be still very trendy. I really love the idea of putting the bracelets on your upper arm. I gotta try that too.

This coordinate gets from me:
7 stars out of 8!

So these are my late favorite streetsnaps. Hope I will be able to post some more with the next issue. What's your opinion about the streetsnaps? Do you like them or not?

Models changing

Hello dear readers!

Now I'm finally writing something again! Some of you might have already noticed that I changed some things on my blog. Especially the layout. I added some panels underneath the header too, but they still have to be edited more. The texts in there are just quick ones, so don't wonder. Anyways I hope you all like the new layout! It took me several hours (I guess about 7 hours?!) to make it look that way. Further on I added Disqus so I could easier answer to comments. I have always had problems answering comments, so I hope it will get better now.

So what's up now?
I have to edit all my labels, it's quite a mess and a lot of work to edit the labels of all the old entries. Then for those of you who have been wondering about me putting together the two blogs, I have decided to NOT take over my old entries from my personal blog. I will keep and treasure them there. So my personal entries might start from here. Further on I'm going to edit the Shoplist in the next weeks. I will delete the ones that don't work anymore and add some more I have gotten to know in the past few months. For those who have problems ordering, I will recommend 1-2 Shoppingservices I have been using and which I am satisfied with. So that's what is going to happen in the next few weeks.

I hope you people keep on supporting me even though I have decided to put together both of my blogs! ♥

___________________________________________________________________

Now to the entry I wanted to write here.

I guess many of the ones that read modelblogs or magazines have noticed the change of fashiontaste of some models. I especially noticed it for one model, Aina Tanaka. Just for the reason that she has been one of my favorite models for years now.
Her looks used to be like this:

That's the kind of style I have started to love on her and still do love. But as people change with time, the fashiontaste changes as well. It's just a matter of time that someone starts liking something else. It's just something normal. It's not just Aina Tanaka but other models as well. As an instance, Romihi!

That's how we have been knowing and loving her. Not only that the fashiontaste of those two has been changing, they have even slowly started to disappear from egg. Romihi has already completely disappeared as she is now modeling for a magazine called GLIA. Many of you might have heard of the magazine or even bought it. I bought it myself too and honestly, when I first took a look at it, I nearly didn't recognize Romihi. She looks so diffrent!

Who would have thought that Romihis style would change so much that I first wasn't able to recognize her. The first picture I noticed it being her was this one:

As for Aina, she hasn't completely disappeared from egg yet, but she isn't featured in it that much anymore. It kind of makes me sad. Instead she has been appearing in GLIA too. Hope she will be featured there a little bit more.
I remember when I got to know Aina she used to wear colorful clothes and later on liked d.i.a just as I did. When Aina and Yumachi visited Tsukicon in Helsinki in November 2010, somebody asked them which were their favorite brands. Aina answered "Egoist". It's more of a modest style then d.i.a is and a lot more suitable for everyday life in Europe. I don't want to say that I don't like the brand because I partly really do!

So now might be the right part to attach the pictures of Aina I gathered in my magazines and even from her blog:

First I was a little bit disappointed of her style changing that much, but now I have kind of gotten used to it and start liking it. It's still really pretty and suits her very well. Not only Aina, but Romihi as well. I never used to like Romihi very much, but if she goes on keeping the style she has now in GLIA, I might end up really liking her looks. That said I really loved one hairstyle of hers in the magazine. It's just so beautiful that it directly hit me. It's this one I'm talking about:

So now dear readers. What is your opinion about their style-change? Do you like it? Or would you wish their old styles back?

Last but not least I want to say that I'm really unsure about my writingstyle and it might be a little messy at least now, but I'm trying to find a way of writing that suits me and that others like to read. So if you feel uneasy about something, don't hesitate to tell me. I would be thankful! ♥
